There are two ways to Join Girl Scouts:
1. By calling 1-800-845-0787 (easiest way) and letting them know that you would like to join. If you know the Troop Number, you can ask to be placed directly into the Troop. If they are unable to place your daughter into the Troop, then tell them to put you in as "Looking for a Troop in the Wayzata School District". Forward me your registration confirmation e-mail and I'll request the transfer.
OR
2. By going on-line to https://www.girlscoutsrv.org/en/about-girl-scouts/join.html and doing the following:
Click on "Girl Registration"
Complete the first page with your information and click on "Continue".
Put in the Troop number - if it happens to be listed, select it. If not (which, it may not be), then:
Fill in your Zip Code and change "Radius" to 10
Scroll down and select "Looking for a Troop in the Wayzata School District"
(this may be at the bottom of the last page)
Scroll up and click on "Next"
Fill out Membership Information and complete the $25 payment process.
Once you receive the confirmation e-mail, please forward it to me with a simple sentence stating:
"Please transfer my daughter into Troop #####."
You can also use the same link to register as a volunteer member. (I highly suggest becoming a volunteer.)
If you register, you can also let me know at that time that you registered as well - you then need to watch for an e-mail from the outside vendor that completes the background check. Once your background check is complete, please e-mail me the confirmation with a sentence stating:
"Please transfer me into Troop #####."
