Fall Product/Magazine sales are a great way to fundraise to kick off your year! This is a quick, easy and delicious fundraising opportunity that helps Troops to establish their finances at the beginning of the year.

- E-mail Deb55446@gmail.com to request a packet and be placed on the e-mail list.
- Snacks & Magazines Training – All Snacks & Magazines managers are highly encouraged to complete the 20 minute online training in preparation for season.
- Check out the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Finance/Inventory Issues FAQs – These frequently asked questions will help you understand the ACH withdrawal process and situations that require submitting a Finance/Inventory Issue Form.
- Check out the Product lineup.
- Pick up your Fall Product Packet and distribute the information to your families.

- Encourage sales.
- Answer questions that families may have.
- Support families that need assistance with M2OS.
- Make sure deadlines are met.
- Make bank deposits and track ACH withdrawals.
Here's what you need to do after the sale:
- Finance/Inventory Issue Form – Use this form to report any financial issue that occurred during the Snacks & Magazines season.
- If needed, review the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Finance/Inventory Issues FAQs – These frequently asked questions will help you understand situations that require submitting a Finance/Inventory Issue Form.

Key Dates for our Fall Product Sales Program:
September 19 @ 6:30 p.m.: Snacks & Magazine Rally (be sure to sign up. September 25: "Go Day." Girl Scouts begin selling! October 22: Sales end. October 23: Family order entry deadline in M2OS. October 27: Troop order entry deadline in M2OS. November 14-17: Snack deliveries to Service Unit Fall Product Manager (SUFPM); Troop Fall Product Managers (TFPM) will be contacted by the SUFPM to pick up their items so their Girl Scouts can get them delivered. December: Reward deliveries to SUFPM. TFPMs will be contacted by the SUFPM to pick up their rewards to distribute to their Girl Scouts. (Fall FUNds are electronic and will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file for the Girl Scout - watch for the e-mail.) December 7: Final date to deposit money into Troop account. Finance Inventory Issue Form Due. December 15: ACH withdrawal from Troop Account. |
