Come and make a cookie SWAP, play games, practice selling cookies at our fabulous cookie booth and get your questions answered about all things cookies from our cookie experts! Please RSVP to help us prepare better for the event and keep the costs low.
**Note: Girls may sign up individually or with their troop. This is not a drop off event.
Girls should be supervised by their troop leader or caregiver at all times.

1. Secure a Troop Cookie Manager.
Remember, your TCM will need to:
A. Attend training.
January 3rd, 6:00-7:45 p.m. (Plymouth Library)
January 7, 3:00-5:00 p.m. (Zoom)
January 9, 6:00-8:00 p.m. (Zoom)
*If you missed it, you may take the on-line training at your convenience.

B. Place the order for your Troop's Gluten Free Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies (due 10/22); C. Place the Troop's initial cookies order (Due 1/19).
2. Start talking to your families about selling cookies.
3. Meet the Cookies .
4. Check out the badges and pins that coincide with Cookie Sales.
4. Check out the Cookie Selling Resources.
New This Year:
Cookies will be sold at $6.00 per box this year. (For the last 6 years, the price has been $5.00)
Troop proceeds will start at $.90 /box.
Digital Cookie is the new on-line cookie management system for Girl Scouts and families.
*No on-line only cookie;
*Raspberry Rally isn't returning.
*All other cookies are the same.

January 20: Service Unit initial order entry due in Smart cookies.
February 8: Online Sales and pre-sales begin.
February 8-15: Initial Order Pick-up (TCMs pick up on their selected date/location).
February 16: In-Person Sales & Cookie Booth sales begin.
February 16-March 24: Cookie Cupboards Open
March 15: First ACH withdrawal from Troop bank account.
March 24: Cookie Sales End.
April 2: Troop reward order due in Smart Cookies.
April 2: FIIF (Finance/Inventory Issue Form) due (if applicable).
April 3: Service Unit reward order due in Smart Cookies.
April 26: Final ACH withdrawal from Troop bank account.
Week of May 27: Rewards shipped to Service Unit.
