Wayzata Day Camp 2023
Day Camp is run strictly by volunteers and is open to all girls in our service unit who are entering 1st through 12th grade in the Fall of 2022. It is held at Camp Elk River and consists of approximately 13 units with 14-17 girls in each unit and 1 unit for girls going into 7th grade who will be placed in the "Caddie-To-Be" Program Aide training. Girls who will be in 8th-12th grade are Caddies or Unit Assistants. In addition, campers who are entering 4th grade and up in the fall may participate in an optional overnight camp-out on Wednesday, July 26th.
Sibling Care! We will have sibling care available (4 days) at camp for boys and girls ages 3 – 10 (must be potty trained) of adults who are 4-day or 2-day volunteers at camp. Siblings may attend camp only on the days that their parents are volunteering. They will spend the day on the “resident” side of camp with council camp staff. Preschool age girls and all boys do not need to be registered members of Girl Scouts. School-age girls must be registered members of Girl Scouts and will be placed into a unit.
Please check back for registration and more information in April 2023.
